Contact onSET Prep
onSET Prep is an independent practice platform for German C-Tests. We reply by email, in German, English or Portuguese.
Write to this address. You can also use the help button at the top of every page; the message reaches the same inbox.
What we can help with
- Access and payment: include the email address you paid with and a short description of what is not working. We never need a card number.
- Corrections: if an answer, an explanation or a link in a guide is wrong, send the page address, the passage and, if possible, a source.
- Your data: access to, correction of, or deletion of your email address and learning progress.
- Teachers and schools: questions about using the C-Test exercises in class.
What we cannot answer
Registration, dates and results for the official onSET-Deutsch come from the TestDaF-Institut, g.a.s.t. and the test centres. Admission questions go to your university or Studienkolleg.
